Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot

In 2017 we achieved a swift grant of outline planning permission from South Oxfordshire District Council for up to 175 residential dwellings including 40% affordable housing, associated open space and infrastructure on an unallocated site south of A4130, located to the west of Didcot. The application was in response to a shortfall in the Council’s Housing Land Supply, with the 7.05ha site providing an extension to the Great Western Park.
